Guy hits the road - day 1.

I can't believe Bead and Button is here. Just a week ago we were in Europe bombing around Lithuania, Poland and Czech Republic, and now Guy is driving to Milwaukie!

Luckily, the van was pre-loaded before we left for Europe so Guy could just throw in his backpack and start driving.

Unlucky for him, customers wanting beads that were in the van ment he had to unload several times to find them. Did I mention it is already summer in Browns Valley and reached 100 F one day.(in the shade - who knows what it is in the van).

Anyway, after frantically checking in some new beads (and vintage stuff as well) from Europe, which Guy loaded to bring to the show,

Guy hit the road Thursday morning and drove through Nevada, making it into Utah before nightfall.

He must have been having a good time because several attempts to reach him by cell phone failed (turns out he was listening to Sean Paul, Israel Vibrations, Alpha Blondy and other reggae favorites at high volume and couldn't hear the phone). Hmm, I think he likes solo road trips.
